On March 8, Ambassador Fakhraddin Ismayilov has signed, on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Protocol 13 to the European Convention on Human Rights, concerning the abolition of the death penalty in all circumstances, in the presence of CoE Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić.
