Azerbaijan's flag lowered at Council of Europe headquarters in Strasbourg
The Azerbaijani flag is lowered at the headquarters of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg (France) in connection with the mourning for the victims of the AZAL plane crash in Kazakhstan, Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe Fakhraddin Ismayilov wrote on X, Report informs.
"The tricolour flag of Azerbaijan in front of the headquarters of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg flies at half mast today, as the people of Azerbaijan are mourning the victims of the tragic airplane crash of December 25 that resulted in numerous casualties," he wrote on X.
