Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry: Armenian Armed Forces shell Tartar and Goranboy districts
“On October 28, starting from 14.40, the Armenian armed forces, grossly violating the humanitarian ceasefire, are shelling the territory of Goranboy and Tartar districts,” Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry told AZERTAC.
