THE 3ʳᵈ INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MINE ACTION
The Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United Nations will co-organize the third International Humanitarian Demining Conference. This year’s conference, titled "Mitigating Environmental Impact of Landmines: Resource Mobilization for a Safe and Green Future," will be held on May 30-31, 2024, in Zangelan and Baku, Azerbaijan. This timely topic aligns with Azerbaijan's presidency of COP 29.
As a country significantly affected by landmine contamination, Azerbaijan is committed to uniting global efforts towards a world free from the threat of landmines, ensuring a green tomorrow for future generations.
